I'm not really sure. I ordered this through DD and it arrived yesterday. I was just checking each of the disks to make sure they were ok when I discovered that 2 of them were flippers. I'm not sure what the extras are on each of the disks.

I just checked the flipper discs and they include all of the extras that were on the original versions. The only problem is that on my copies the titles were on opposite sides of the disc.

For example. The side labeled Family was actually The Screwfly Soultion and vice-versa. Same goes for the second flipper which is Pro-Life and Pelts. But all episodes are included so it's just a mild annoyance.

Forgive me if I missed it in the thread, but no new extras in this set, right?

If I have all the individual releases I'm set? Unless I want the cool skull of course.

No Extras unlike the previous Season1 and as what mentioned in the previous page... 2 FLIPPER Discs.

Nevertheless, the Skull Case is UBERLY COOL!

Thanks Xage. We can always count on you for pictures.
This one wont be going in the toilet like the Heroes set will it?. (That was you wasn't it.?)

I think I am gonna pass on this for now but will definitely pick it up in the future it I can get it for around $30 or so.
It seems kinda unfair that this set costs more, doesnt have as good as packaging or nearly the quantity of extras and fewer disks that the first season. Oh well.

So how is the quality of the show for season two overall?

Even though the first season was really hit-&-miss, I enjoyed it enough that I don't regret my purchase. How does season 2 compare?

I think S2 was a better season. Sure, there were still some bad episodes but the majority of the season was well done. If you mostly enjoyed the first season, and don't regret the purchase, then S2 is a safe bet.

No Flushing this time

The design to "protect" the discs were done well, the skull case itself is a very very hard protective casing, and the disc holder inside can protect the discs not to get lose. I dont think it can get easily scratch (in comparison with the former one which were placed in a cardboard individual casing).

But the design to "hold" 13 episodes were done poorly mainly because it can "hold" up to 11 discs and the "better" episodes were the flippers.

Flipper Disc 1
Side A- Family
Side B- Screwfly Solution

Flipper Disc 2
Side A - Pro-Life
Side B - Pelts

I was totally going to buy this at their sales price last week but completely avoided it. Not only are the discs just in slots unprotected, there's dual siders as well. What the hell.

Given the frequent $5 price of the individual releases, the inclusion of no new content, and the disc storage issues, I'm definitely holding off. But cool pics, thanks.
