If it's not too late, don't worry about picking this up. Someone else already has one on the way. If you did already get it, email me and we can work something out.

OK, I didn't have time to stop yesterday, was planning on it today. Good deal.

They are teasing that a best of WCW Starcade could come out. My guess would be 2008 some time...

As for the Austin set, that's been postponed, most likely to early 2008.

Sorry if it has been discussed but does anyone know if there is any plans for Summerslam boxset like the rumble and wrestlemania boxset? Or any boxsets for the other main events like Survivor series etc?

Last I read it's tentatively scheduled for 2008, however they are trying to decide how to handle Benoit footage/matches. Leave in, or take out? I'm hoping they leave in, as we the viewer have the option to skip the match, however with WWE trying to distance themselves, anything is possible.

The fans pay money for these sets so the fans should be able to decide if they want to watch or skip Benoit footage. Censorship is just WRONG!!

Dunno if it’s relevant, but they didn’t pull out the WM anthology sets.

Says who? Was something reported?

I tend to get my dvd's 2 to 3 weeks early, more on the 3 week side since genius products took over (sony would ship there dvd's the weekend before release date alot of the time) Anyway, if the stone cold legacy dvd was to come out on august 7th, i'd have it in my dvd player by now. I'm still holding out hope, but I have a feeling it's been postponed....just looking for a confirmation. Which brings me back to my original question. Did you read something about it being postponed?

Maybe they are deleting mentions of Benoit like his comments on Austin and the Smackdown match in Edmonton in 2001 and replacing it with another. I got a feeling it got postponed til November, but it shouldn't take that long to replace footage. If it was suppose to be released Aug 7, there would have been a match list announced atleast a month ago.

Yep, That's why I'm leaning towards them postponing it. I mean a match listing should have been released by now, even a tentative one for that matter.

In regards to the Austin DVD, Jim Ross mentioned this in his 7/24 blog:

The Austin DVD will be out in February of 2008, as I understand it. The Condemned DVD will be out in September.

Thanks man. I must admit, I am more on an old school fan, as I dont really watch it anymore but I would buy the boxset. Does your reply just relate to just Summerslam or the other main events aswell? Cheers

Well that's that. Looks like we'll have to wait till 09/18/07 for the next documentary/superstar match profile, non-ppv wwe release.

*Edit*

I bought an used Tin set of Wrestlemania 23. It only has the 3 disc set and the insert. Does it include anything else, or do I have everything?

^ Those are just the 2003 PPVs...the covers were intentionally done that way to make the "2003". Looks like he's missing No Way Out though.

Yeah, those are the PPVs from 2003, but we're missing No Way Out and Wrestlemania 19.
