got the collectors edition from best buy. any one have a pick of the target exclusive digital copy one?

As of right now, my Saw collection is gonna stop on Saw IV. I watched Saw V a couple nights ago, and really felt that the filmmakers didn't get their vision across as good as they could have. Here's hoping that the next one will be better, maybe I'll pick that one up if I like it

The spinning buzz-saw package was cool, but not very practical for shelf space.

So is the only difference between the standard Unrated Saw V and the Collector's Edition, the packaging?

I was looking at the two tonight at Best Buy and the standard Unrated seems to have all the same extras.

Was it true that the Motorized SAW V Collector's Edition Set is now Discontinued?

only difference is packaging.

The Collector's Edition also has a different keep case (listing that it's the CE) and has an insert with some photos and a written introduction by the director.

I wouldn't be surprised.

picked up the last one at the local Best Buy today. Got lucky. Next time I'll have to go on street date.

Very cool video Xage! I passed on this version because I was buying the blu-ray and didnt' want to spend another $28 on it. Now the fan in me is kicking myself for not doing it! Maybe i'll check my local Best Buy to see if they have any left.

I'm tempted to buy the Motorized UK Saw IV. If I knew for a fact that Saw VI was going to have the motorized packaging, I would probably buy IV so I would have the second trilogy all in matching packaging.

Then again, I already own the US release and that 2 disc steelbook, and IV will probably see another release in the US. I don't really need four copies of the movie.

That's the only way you can get the theatrical version.

I picked up the special edition at Target. It's identical to the one BB has (and in the video), but it's only $22.99 there. I saw no mention of a digital copy on the packaging, but I really don't care. While I think it's cool, I was disappointed to see the saw blade is cardboard, and most of them are slightly warped, causing them to not spin properly.

Got mine at Best Buy. They still had a good number of 'em there. As was mentioned, some were warped, so be sure to test drive it before buying

I got mine today from Amazon in perfect condition. I can imagine this looking like shit in stores after everyone has walked by and tried it out.

I'm glad I picked up that Saw V EPK since the special features are so lacking. Hopefully another special edition is released soon.
