Anyone else lovin' the new Double-Feature discs?

Thanks you save me the trouble of looking for it today. I always thought that Annihilation was an inferior sequel, so I'll wait until Mortal Kombat's WS disc is on sale for $4.99 or less again. I was only willing to get this double feature if both were WS.

Glad I read this thread and got lucky several weeks ago not buying any of the New Line double feature discs when they had a free ticket to Rush Hour 3. Hadn't known the info on the New Line discs being only FS. I'll be on the look out for the others for the WS.

Another note for all prospective buyers: In case you've forgotten, Paramount's Double Features are a brand-new disc with simply the two movies on this one disc and NO BONUS FEATURES. So both New Line and Paramount's Double Features should be avoided (unless the only bonuses initially were trailers). Paramount's Triple Features are okay -- a double-sided center flap and the regular disc hub mean they stick all three original DVDs inside instead of making new ones.

Couldn't they have just repackaged the first disc in the Crystal Lake to Manhattan set? It seems like that would have been cheaper than re-authoring a new disc.

I do not like the double feature dvd's at all as I like my movies to have their own disc and not share a disc with another movie. I only have 1 movie that has 2 movies on both sides of the same disc and that is the Arnold Swarchenegger movie collection that has 'Twins, Kindergarden Cop, & Junior'. But I only bought that because I've been wanting Kindergarden Cop in widescreen for a long time and can never get it in WS by itself.

Anyone own this one?
Does it have the Special Features found on the Special Collector's Editions of these?
Are they on separate discs and how are they housed? (Digipack or thinpacks)
Wal-Mart has it for $15, so I'm tempted but I want to learn about it first.

Just bought the Jack Ryan Triple Feature.
Hunt for Red October and Clear and Present Danger are the Special Collector's Editions. Patriot Games is the old release and on the DVD itself has the copyright of 1998.
Even though the slipcase said that the Patriot Games listed interviews and the trailer on the DVD, the DVD only has the trailer.
