I think they just released the Lethal Weapon quadrilogy on 2 discs.

They also now have a Steven Seagal 2 disc set with:
Under Siege/Fire Down Below/Above the Law/The Glimmer Man

Yes, there is now a Lethal Weapon 4 pack.

$10 if I recall, either WM or BB is where I bought it a few days ago.

Just picked up the quadrilogy Christopter Lee's Dracula Hammer movies, for $10.xx at WM.
Always want those but have not bought the individual release.

Great Deal!

This is gonna sound nitpicky but I don't want Double Jeopardy. Just a double feature with the original DVDs would be fine by me.

I'm lovin' them right now, since they've got all the GOOD Cheech & Chong movies out on double-disc now. Thank god "The Corsican Brothers" didn't get put on one of them!

Another weird arrangement that seems arbitrarily thrown together. I think his Warner catalog would work better as Triple Features.

The Seagal takes on Dirty Harry:
• Above the Law / Hard to Kill / Out for Justice

The Seagal takes on Die Hard:
• Under Seige / Under Seige 2: Dark Territory / Exit Wounds

The Seagal takes on Billy Jack (and Lethal Weapon):
• On Deadly Ground / Fire Down Below / The Glimmer Man

The problem with some of these double features is that the bonus features were on the flipside of a single disc double-sided, like Lethal Weapon 4. You lose a long doc and trailers by buying the quadruple feature.

Worse, I bought The Fugitive/U.S. Marshals and it seems I have been screwed in this way: the packaging lists 2 featurettes and a trailer that don't appear to be present. If anyone else has this disc and HAS the featurettes please tell me so I can go exchange it or something.

I have that one, but don't recall the special features exactly. It does seem that some of them were missing, but I'm not 100% sure.

Still, when I'm getting 2-3 movies for these prices, I'm expecting them to be budget movies. If I was interested enough in the special features, I wouldn't have waited for them to be so cheap in the first place. But I guess that's just me.

Please explain? I have the widescreen version 1.85:1, and it clearly is non-anamorphic............

This ONLY refers to the version in the John Candy Comedy Favorites Collection and NOT any stand-alone edition of The Great Outdoors.

Re: Anyone else lovin' the new Double-Feature discs?

i don't mind the ones that come on separate discs but i really am not liking the ones that put the movies onto one disc.

i know mr. nice guy/jackie chan first strike are on 1 disc,

action double feature rumble in the bronx/the corruptor on 1 disc,

don't know how they did it action 4 pack the octagon, a force of one, exit speed, garrison all on 1 dvd.

also kinda didn't like the ernest goes to camp, scared stupid, goes to jail triple feature because of the packaging more then anything. they put the 2 movies on 1 disc and the 3rd on the 2nd and then put the discs into paper sleeves. paper is one of the worst things to put a disc in i think. going to try and see if 2 slim cd cases will fit in the big case they came in.

guess why i don't like them on 1 disc is because they cut stuff out to do it and it might not be as good quality.

jsut noticed how old this is. sorry.

Re: Anyone else lovin' the new Double-Feature discs?

I recently bought the recently released Echo Bridge double feature of The Faculty/Phantoms.
Both of which are listed as being in Widescreen.

Only Phantoms is widescreen, The Faculty is Full Screen.

So buyer beware of these Echo Bridge Miramax double features.
