Any Mailers for Canadians? Man we're getting so screwed!
I called only 2 weeks ago so it's normal but some Canadians called at release date!
Plus i think i got the worse WB phone agent ever. First of all she didn't speak english too well(my native tongue is french and i still sounded better than her) and she sounded really annoyed and impatient. Dunno if she got my info right.
Also when i bought my set in mid December i was given this piece of paper signed by the president of WB Video Canada and had a different number that when you called an automated message told you to either email them or send a fax. The email was [email protected] I emailed them right away, and didn't get an automated message or anything(which is wierd..right?). Then i emailed them again last week saying how unprofessional they are and blah blah blah. Still nothing back. Dunno wtf is up with that!

Could you please share the phone number you got? I bought mine end of November, but I still haven't opened it. I got a gift receipt with it to extend my return time, but I should return it soon, if I decide I'm going to.

Just got my replacement discs the other day. They look great to me. Glad to see the artwork isn't any different. Now if they'd only correct the Look Up In The Sky! disc art situation...

Finally got my discs today!!!!!!!!!! 3 weeks to the day after sendining them back. I also found this on another website for you that live in Canada. I hope this will be some good news for you.
widescreenforever was kind enough to post this info for us Canadians who have been left out in the cold up until now for the exchange:
-----------( okay got the scoop today from Warner Home Video Sales dept.: ) ---------
For Superman customers living in Canada, you need to follow the instructions at 1-877-832-9959.
This problem was not anticipated and it has taken a while to get all the correct components
together for a proper exchange.
[email protected] now has the pre-paid mailers and corrected product in their possession and are
ready to start moving on the exchanges.
They hope to have all the requests for pre-paid envelopes sent out by the end of this week (Jan. 12, 2007)
The exchange program will go on for a while as not all customers who bought product were immediately
aware of the problem.
We are sorry for the delay in this and any other problems you may have encountered.

I got my posters today and they have just a bit of frilled edges on them....the tube is perfect....seems like this was a case where the packer just hurried it inside the tube....
But im happy with the speedy service WB provided with both the disc and these posters.

Thanks y'all. I keep on saying this, but Canadians, let me know what happens. I just emailed them, and will see what happens.
Btw, the phone number tells people to email the full name, address and postal code to receive the mailers. You can also fax them at 905-458-8275 with the info.
So the office is somewhere in the Toronto suburbs......

Hopefully then I will get my discs soon. Maybe even today. I still need to mail in my order for the posters - planning to do that later today.

Canadians
So, I checked out the website attached to the email address which Canadians are supposed to send their details. The website is http://www.unigistix.com.
At any rate, I'm cautiously optimistic. Anyone else?
(Btw, part of the reason for this post was just to keep the thread alive. I see no one has posted for almost 18 hours. Crazy!)
