The one that used to be my most embarrassing title was The Crying Game.It was a blind buy and I knew it had a lot of good reviews but I didn't know what the movie was about.Thankfully I no longer own that.
The Crying Game is quite possibly the most disappointing movie I've ever seen. If you take out the shock value of the twist, which really was quite obvious (and this is coming from someone who never guesses twists), and the film is really poorly made.

How the hell can you put Momento on that list? That's about as bad as me saying, "The Shawshank Redemption is the worst movie ever made, and makes Gigli look like a Best Picture winner". That's how crazy that was

not that it embrasses me, but some people might think that having all 3 might ducks movies is questionable.

Why? I think Memento is actually a pretty terrible movie. As far as I'm concerned it's totally unwatchable after seeing it the first time - once the gimmick is no longer novel, the reality that it's a hackneyed, poorly written, badly acted movie is revealed quite plainly. FWIW, I haven't seen The Shawshank Redemption (I started watching it once but fell asleep) and neither have I seen Gigli - it didn't seem very interesting.

Hard to beat MC Hammer -2 legit to quit...god that made me laugh...

My Cool Devices boxset takes a wee bit of explaining....and my attempts to explain to my girlfriend that 'Eugenie...the story of her descent into perversion' is actually a touching story of a young lady trying to find her way in the world, just doesn't seem to wash.

I would say that 'Muppets From Space' is up there. I mainly bought it cos the commentary track has the shadows of the muppet characters on screen as they pop in to watch it! That said it has been good to pop on when for kids when I want them to stop destroying my place.

Hollywood Homicide...what was I thinking...one funny scene?

I Spit on Your corpse, I Piss on Your Grave...great title...atrocious film

There's nothing wrong with that film! It's the best post-Jim Henson Muppets project, and as you mentioned, it has a great commentary track.

Batman & Robin - Bought the box set. Cheaper to get all 4 than 3 individually.
Gigli - It was $4.88 @ Wal Mart... Even for that low amount, I'm regretting it.

Family Enforcer - Thats pretty high up there. My mom bought it for me, she knows I like mafia type movies. I have to give her credit though she bought me my first DVD (Goodfellas) & DVD Player.

This movie is so bad in one scene when they "whack" someone they is like 4 guys in the desert burying this guy and then one is on a steam roller flattening the asphalt they put over the grave. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT!!! Surrounded by sand and dirt. Horrible horrible movie.

Embarrassing to me (subjective to others obviously)...

Going Overboard (super old Adam Sandler flick)
House of the Dead
The Village
The Police Academy Collection
4 of those stupid Ernest Goes To... movies
Mortal Kombat

And I dont see how Disney movies or porn can be embarrassing.

My embarassing titles tend to be gifts:
- Medicine Man (starring Sean Connery?)
- Pearl Harbor: 60th Anniversery (not a bad DVD itself... but the movie... ugh)

I don't know why, but I LOVE Medicine Man. Zip-lining between trees is so pimp.

Of what I own, Seeing Double takes the cake for me. It's a teeny booper movie that follows a brit-pop group as they try to find their clones. I like the movie a lot, but if I had to pick one, Seeing Double would be it.

I have a soft spot for it as well. In high school my friends and I made an hour long movie based solely on the trailer for this film.

Is that the trailer with the great Connery line along the lines of, "I found the cure for the plague of the 20th century...AND I LOSHT IT!" I never saw the movie, but that line rules.

Lol... I remember that... course in the film itself he says "fuckin plague.." if I recall. Connery rules.

That's the sole reason we made our movie. We based it all around that one line.

I would have to say, if truely want the most embarassing title it is: Wild Things. Hands down. The look my younger brother (12 years youngers, I'm 35) gave me when he was going through the collection was priceless. And Tootsie is maybe my favorite of all time, but that doesn't mean when its not a slightly embarassing title.

The LOTR Trilogy... I can't stand them, but yet there they sit on my shelf.
