I'm going to go with my unusually large collection of movies involving cross-dressing. I think it's the glam-rock aspect that appeals to me. Rocky Horror, Breakfast on Pluto, Velvet Goldmine, Hedwig. I'll stand by them as quality movies but... you know.

"The Sound of Music" - I fucking hate that movie with every fiber and ounce of my being, but my wife wanted it, I bought it for her, she watched it ONCE and it's sat on the shelf for years.
And she won't let me sell it. Getting angry just thinking about the Sound of Mucus mucking up my shelf.

Right now I'd have to say the title I hate to admit I own is probably... Empire of the Wolves. Ugh. I saw Jean Reno and I was like "Hey, cool, I've never seen this before... I think I'll pick it up and give it a shot." Ugh. I should send that off in the same direction as the Star Wars prequels.

My porn isn't technically "in" my collection. It's hidden away. The most embarrassing title in my collection that anyone can see would be Breast Men. I do get tired of explaining to people that it's not actually not a bad story despite the abundance of nudity.

Why are people listing dvds they hate as being embarrasing ones in their collections? If they hate them, why are they still in the collection?
I thought the point of this thread were dvds you have that you like, but don't really have the energy to explain to others that wouldn't understand what it is that makes them worth having.

not very glam since Wesley Snipes is quite hideous in drag...

True Romance, I guess. Maybe Memento.
Both were gifts, or I would have sold them or given them away already.
