Did you notice the release date on this?
Looks like this might be the date for the new DVD.

Not that is anymore specific, but I did notice this on the "Coming Soon" section at the Zoetrope Aubry Productions website (it's Coppola's DVD production facility):
Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1992) New Enhanced Edition on DVD and Blu-ray Disc (Sony Pictures Home Entertainment)
Francis Coppola
DVD Release: Fall, 2007"

Re: Bram Stoker's DRACULA
Sorry if this has been answered before (I'm sure it has), but I just want a quick answer.
I want the best version of Coppola's "Bram Stoker's DRACULA" released so far. Is it true the Superbit version has all the extras that were on the original release and is therefore the best way to go? Or is there another release that had more? Thanks for any help.

There are no DVDs of Bram Stoker's DRACULA that have any extra features whatsoever. The Superbit can only boast improved video/audio over the regular release, but they're both barebones.

Ugh, I've said it before and I'll say it again: when Filmmaker talks about DVDs, he's ALWAYS talking exclusively about R1.

I hope that if and when Bram Stoker's Dracula does get re-released, Sony can keep on the bandwagon and release the slightly longer international cut of the film, the bloodier nipple bite scene, the visually altered Kama Sutra illustration. As for the deleted scenes, the non-inclusion of them would be quite unexcuseable. I really want to see when Jonathan Harker attacks Dracula with a shovel)

That said, almost all the extras from the Criterion version could be ported over except for the commentary.
The R4 version has the trailers and the making of documentary that was released around then.

You may not have a regionless player (and I don't either), but some people do, and I'm sure that THOSE people are appreciative that Fincher Fan told them that the R4 DVD has some extra features. If I had a regionless player, I would definitely look into the R4 Dracula as a result of his post.

I just wanted to add that expecting a random forum member to remember another random forum member's penchant for only referencing R1 dvds in his posts is a bit much to ask.
Dai,
What does the "Beware" poster look like?
