TLA has it up for pre-order, with the aforementioned April 4th release date:
http://www.tlavideo.com/details/prod...20500&sn=1&v=2
Separate FS and WS versions. The only extras are three documentaries, apparently.

"Proudly own it on dvd" - Haha. Is that a tagline for us straight guys or what.
This was a very solid film, the best of 2005, should have won the best picture oscar over Crash. BBM is a classic picture IMO. Very powerful movie with incredible performances, directing, cinematography and the score is just remarkable.
I will be picking this up regardless, have no problem double-dipping on it.

I agree that it should have won over Crash. By far. I haven't seen Munich or Capote, but of the other three, Brokeback was superior.

that's really funny. I can't wait to pick this up. Eagerly awaiting the chance to see this again, and of course I will double dip.
I hope there is a documentary on the fuss this movie made.

Nice cover, but I wish Focus had made this commitment to theatrical art before they released (ugh) Pianist and (even worse) Lost in Translation and (the Canadian is so much better) Far From Heaven.

I'll buy the single disc and probably won't upgrade. Honestly, I have watched and read more than enough interviews by the cast and director that I just want the movie by itself. A small making of docu wouldn't be shabby but that's it.
Edited for:
Has it actually been confirmed that this movie will be released on April 4th (Region 1) because Amazon still doesn't have it listed.
