Question about Ultimate Matrix Collection
I know the limited edition comes with a book and figure.....but do you think this is a price mistake??

I wished they would finally release part 1 by itself with the corrected transfer.
I would get this set, but I don't like the packaging because the discs are on top of each other in the case. ugh
I don't really like the Limited packaging either.

DVD Talk Gold Edition
This would be more tempting had I not already purchased the movies by themselves awhile back. Is the content all the same, plus some, or is there stuff from the single disk releases that isn't on the box set? Maybe if it's a great sale one day, I'd get it and try selling off the single discs..

In Switzerland they were selling those for 50Chf (~39USD) about one year ago (it was before the other boxset came out) for one time we get a great deal before most (all?) other contry. I guess they really didn't sell well at the initial price...
And I bought one at that price

As a collector of all those Matrix busts I just had to make that small correction.

I picked this up at a local Costco for CDN$45...didn't quite care about the figure/statue/bust/whatever the hell you want to call it, i just got it for the movies.
Now i have to find a 10 disk box and a custom cover...

I bought the non-limited version of this set because I think the packaging looks much cooler. That holo-foil with the matrix code in a single box does it for my display. I thought these floating trays didn't look too hot and I'm not a fan of busts (the statue head variety
) either.

Looking forward to the new transfer on the original, as I have been waiting for that to sell seperately.
