Wow thought it was going to be 5 each for each volume. I already have 15 and up, I might not get volume 3 since I will be spending $40+ for just 12,13,14. stupid digipacks, if it was single dvds i would sold 15,16,17

Wrestlemania XX (2004)
Wrestlemannia 21 (2005)
were both released as 3-disk sets and now they are getting cut to 2-disks?
Thats bullshit!

Well, the 3rd disc on the 21 set is just the HOF induction, so I can see why that wouldn't be included, and the 3rd on the XX set is the "Best Matches of Wrestlemania" disc, so I really don't see it's point when all the matches on that show are shown in their entirety in the set itself.

Damn that really sucks! I have 15 and up so if I buy vol 3 I’m paying for 3 WMs with blurred logos when I already have them intact :/

I wonder if the 15-18 on that set will have resale value.

As long as these discs don't all come on one hub spindle like the undertaker set, I will definitely be getting all of them.

wait is it 5 disc per set, and numerous sets or is it one big set with 5 disc? and any disc art up yet?

There are different releases of these. One is a complete set featuring all 21 WrestleManias along with bonuses, including trading cards. They are also releasing 4 smaller volumes, the contents of which Erik68 posted above. The complete set retails for $300 and the smaller sets retail for $70 each, IIRC.

from what it looks like, the 4 hour + wrestlemanias from the early days are being spread over 2 discs. I sure hope these look decent, and better then my ep vhs set that the wwf released in 98 for 150 bucks.

Seems interesting to me how the first three sets will have 2 extra dvd's each per set(Digipak 1 contain WM 1-5 on 7 dvds) and the last digipak 4 is the final four WM's on 8 dvds. Curious to see what will be on the extra dvd's that come in the first three digipaks. Any info on this yet?

I thought i'll add this info from wweshop.com,which may change some people's opinions about picking up this set:

http://www.wweshop.com/product_detai...502&cat=SEARCH

"Side note: To avoid any confusion, there is a 31-Disc version of this box set available Internationally (it has the same exact content as this 21-disc set just more discs due to International replication standards)."

So it seems each WrestleMania will only get 1 disc in region 1,which means that many of the 4 hour events will be squeezed on 1 disc and probably no extras will be included whatsoever.
If i thought this before, now for sure i'll wait for the reviews before picking this up.

Yeah hopefully we start getting some reviews soon. I am really curious about this boxset, but there will be NO WAY I am just going to straight purchase it without hearing some detailed info as to the content.

Apparently this one here is signed by Vince...

Still won't be worth it with out including Jesse Ventura... Any reviews or news regarding that topic?

I posted this exact same message in the New WWE DVD topic.

I'm pretty sure the Wrestlemania DVDs will include Ventura. I was looking at Silvervision.co.uk and if you click the box set descriptions it pretty much includes a chapter break down of each Wrestlemania.

http://www.silvervision.co.uk/produc...file=1&jump=16
That's the box set

http://www.silvervision.co.uk/viewin...wm1to21content
That's whats included in the huge box set.

So i hope that spreads some light on things.

Chances are the logos will be blured, but I've already got the big box preordered.

There is no way i am going to spend that much money on something that looks like total shit, which the blurred logos do.

What Wrestlemanias would be blurred?

I only want Volume 1 and Volume 2 (1-11)

The scratch logo will be blurred in WM 15,16,17,18.

I'm pondering if I should order the first 3 volumes from DDD since I already have 15-21 on DVD (I would then have a double for 15-16).

Though that big ass boxset from wwe.com has the autographs of Vince and Linda.

Damn. What to do...

::BUMP::

4 more days and this set comes out, so is there an update on the commentary? Also, is it going to be 31 discs or 21?

21 discs...the 31 discs is the international edition, according to WWE.com, though it's the exact same content.

My DDD order was supposed to originally ship on 10/21, but now won't be shipping until 11/1.

Yeah, I wish DDD shipped already. Also I can't wait to see your pictures wewantflair, I really wanted that box but my parents were getting me this as a birthday gift and said they'd only get me the regular box.
