Did you install the (4) plastic place holders that came with your detolf? They are suppose to go on the metal rails and keep the glass shelf from moving. Apparently, you can buy larger ones to keep the shelf more secure.

My DVD Dealer is selling the box for 30 € - 40 US $ and the shipping costs 12 € - 16 US $ = circa 56 US $
