What a subjective question. It all depends on your type of humor.

I like fart and poop jokes, so Animal House and Old School come to mind for me.

This is a very subjective question. As for comedies for me. I would say that Super Trooper or Office Space are up there.

I'll second Office Space and add Bad(der) Santa.

I'd also say Caddyshack. Nothing beats the old school SNL players.

Best in Show is my funniest movie ever. You gotta love the dry humor though. I can practically recite the movie line by line and it still cracks me up after 30+ viewings more than any other movie ever has.

From: Chicago...NOT my kind of town, I hate urban living, but have no choice
Though I appreciate comedies such as Meet The Parents/Fockers, Analyize This, Bruce Almighty, Old School, Road Trip, American Pie, etc...what I call "standard type comedies" I prefer the offbeat, dark and slapsticky type... my true funny bone lies in these:

Dumb & Dumber
The Cable Guy
Me, Myself & Irene
Stuck on You
Freddy Got Fingered
The Big Lebowski
The 3 Austin Powers flicks
The Jerk
Not Another Teen Comedy

Any Mel Brooks film will definately fir the category. Along side them however is It'a a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World! absolutely brilliant casting and unbeleiveably hilarious even 30-40 years later!
