A few shows I would like didn't do so well -

Men behaving badly - the american verison
Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place
Can't be sure of the title - came out about 95 - maybury PD - chief of police couldn't make up his mind about anything - time for lunch, raise or lowe shades etc.

This started in 2005 and a good % of the shows that people did not believe had a chance of making it to DVD have indeed made it.
Space Above and Beyond
Alien Nation
American Gothic
A ton of 70s and 80s camp. I don't think any show is safe from DVD transfer. Greed is a wonderful thing in this case. The problem is not all of them kept the same music, are cut in places, look bad or simply are not the shows I remember. Be careful when buying shows you loved as a kid. :)

WKRP in Cincinnati, definitely

supposedly the cost of music rights would make a dvd season cost about $200.
and they can't just change the music because the music in integrated into the show.

DVDFreaker 06-04-06 11:55 AM

Oh man, I forgot about Parker Lewis Can't Lose! That one rocked! Hope it comes out to DVD sometime

f1shf00d 06-04-06 02:36 PM

I wasn't even thinking about cartoons...

when someone mentioned Dungeons & Dragons, it reminded me of Captain Simian and the Space Monkeys, and Pirates of Dark Water---I would like to see these, but I can't think of any reason why they couldn't be released. And full seasons of Reboot! Again, can't think of a reason why not...
