Just watched the movie for the first time (Miramax version) and I have to say it's the best movie I've seen in 2004. Just great characters and intriguing plot. Anybody know where I can get a region 0 of Infernal Affairs 2 and 3? Thanks.

I have the Canadian Alliance Atlantis version...although not as good as the Asian versions, I think it's better than the American version. (Besides as a female, I'd much rather look at Tony Leung's eyes than some bimbo ).

I haven't watched it yet (this version is uncut) but I'm looking forward to it..Tony Leung is an amazing actor.

Sorry for the low quality, I didn't want the scan too big

Rypro - That set, while nice, is dubbed in Mandarin. It doesn't contain the original Cantonese audio. Also, it probably has the edited version of IA1 that was released in mainland China. I'd avoid it.

i'd suggest ebay, just make sure you look for someone selling all 3 films seperatly, and look for a cantonese track.

for those interested, i just won this auction
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=6354199898
which was all 3 movies by media asia.
51.99 plus 5 bucks shipping, so getting a good copy of the trillogy isn't cheap.
here's a pic of all 3 movies

Rypro, that's a good price for all three movies.

It cost me $30 dollars plus Canadian for the first movie. I'm still debating whether to buy the remaining two.

You can get all three of the ones Rypro got (the official HK versions) at dddhouse for like $14.12 a piece. I don't know how much shipping is on a small order, so that might killl it. The few times I've ordered from there, I've placed a larger order (30+) to cut back on the shipping from Hong Kong.

You can get em all from cd-wow for about $16 shipped a piece with the $1 off voucher.

That's where I got mine as they came out.

They have a nice package deal going on at layoyo for $50 for all three films and you get the limited collector's edition for part 2

http://www.layoyo.com/cgi-bin/ncomme...AGE=1&curr=USD

I upgraded to the limited collector's set from layoyo of part 2 and I can vouch for their reliability. It comes in a nice thick box along with a sweet hardcover book with pics of the stars from the movie. The dvd case is a bit bigger then normal to fit the desktop calendar in it.

Here's a decent pic-

For people on the fence, part 2 is probably my fav of this series and makes everything in part 1 mean even more and gives it even more replay value

are the opening scene's in pt 1 supposed to be muddy? the transfer doesn't looks a bit soft, so i was wondering if that was intended, and if anyone can do screencaptures of the miramax version (get any scene after the opening credits.
