They are all worth getting really, none have extras or fancy menus but the video transfer is very decent, and it's nice to own all the old events in digital and the best quality avalible.

Here's mine. I just moved into a new apartment at the beginning of the year and had the chance to modify the interior before any furniture was moved in. The walls of the living room/home theater are painted to match the color of the TV cabinet which makes the TV virtually disappear into the wall if the lighting is set properly. I had speakers installed into the walls so I wouldn't have to deal with a lot of wiring running around the floor -- you can see one of the speakers to the left of the tall lamp in the corner. The thing in front of the lamp on the floor is a vertical fan.

The DVD collection is in the second bedroom which I use as an office. The shelving is an Elfa storage system from the Container Store which was installed into the closet of the office. I couldn't get far enough away from the closet to get a complete picture, but you get the idea.

I don't have season 2 of Six Feet Under. The problems are:
1) the fact that the packaging is completely different. They should have kept the size at least. I thought they should have used the design from the "Six Feet Under" book. It slides out, like the "Wild At Heart" dvd that's coming out.
2) the price. If I go to Costco it is $20 cheaper than Best Buy, but then I want to use my Reward Zone card to get the points. So, I said eff it. I'll wait until later down the road and get a discount when I buy two seasons at the same time, steal it or never buy it.

I have a Wavebird (the Nintendo-made wireless), and it's real sturdy and works as well as a wired controller. Haven't tried any of the third-party wireless controllers, but then, I've never had any luck with third-party peripherals.
edit to add: The Wavebird works on a radio signal, not infrared (like a TV remote), so you can pretty much sit anywhere in your room and use it. Make sure, though, to set the controller and reciever to the same channel (there are 12 channel options). It may also interfere with your wireless phone (as it did mine), but all you have to do is find different channels on the controller & phone that don't interfere.
cheers.

just a really quick anal retentive question for you guys who have your collections in alphabetical order, where do you put all the movies that start with "The" ?
Do you catalouge them without the "The" or with the "The"
Told you it was an anal question.
Cheers

I just ignore the word 'The'. Kind of the way DVDAf organizes its DVDs.
