Thanks.

I would like to get one of those corner cases, but they're pretty expensive.

32" Sony Trinitron

Sony 330 DVD player
Sony VCR (rarely used, but I run the Gamecube audio thru it)

Also sporting a TEAC reciever (hey I got for cheap, and it works)

I'm planning to upgrade my sound system next yr.

My glass door was a casualty from the move (the thing literally exploded), I actually like the open look, but I have to dust every other day it seems...

Ta Da! Man, it's bursting at the seams!

Here's some of what I have stacked that wasn't visible in my previous post. Note the slim-cases on Tarzan and Emperor's New Groove SE's. (Also on Atlantis but it's loaned out) I did those earlier this yr.

I believe the one on the left is the korean cut version and the one on the right is probably the thai uncut version with my custom cover (Cool! :-))

Thats exactly right! The cover you made is so much better than the thai cover that was given when I bought it. Thanks for making the cover and allowing us to dl and use it.

Well thought I'd post a few pics of what I'm currently work with. I'll be moving in a few weeks and have a completely different setup. More room for the dvds too!
And yes, I notice that I need to clearn the TV!

Hey Superman07,

Why haven't you opened your Angel Sets? There's a good chance you may have a couple of floaters in there.

Sometimes.

It has to do with they way they're packaged or shipped. I usually open any WB/Fox set before I leave the store. I had to go through 3-4 Angel boxes to put together a decent Season 2 set.

I had no problem with Season 3 (and that one shipped from Amazon.Ca)

Both Smallville Season1 and 2 had some floaters.

I finally took pics of my home theater so here it is! We just moved into our first house on 8/30/04. We converted the office into an extension of our living room. My wife wanted to keep it as an office and put the computer where the tv currently is but the couches were just too close to the tv, and the Sammy fit perfectly into the space. The office had these amazing bookshelves which I immediately turned into DVD racks! I normally don't like having the media exposed like that, but what can you do.

At first it seemed kind of strange having to look through a doorway to watch tv but it's cool because it's much easier to control the lighting, and when we have company over and don't want to focus on the tv we can close the doorway (they're pretty nice-looking french doors).

I used a pair of adhesive velcro strips to mount the center channel onto the top of the tv.

The IKEA chairs are great to pull out in front of the tv when playing XBOX. I love gaming on DLP sets.

Here's the rest of the living room looking out from the HT. The sub is next to the bookcase on the left and I plan on mounting the rear speakers on the wall when I find the time. It's about 20 feet from the couches to the tv, which is just fine I think for a 50" set.

Equipment:
Samsung HLP 5063W
Samsung DVD HD841
Dish Network 811 HD Receiver
Sony STR DE-445
4x Polk RM 2300 Satellites
Polk RM 2600 Center Channel
Polk PSW250 Subwoofer
XBOX w/ Logitech wireless controllers
Terk HD Antenna

Now, if only Fight Club were in your collection, it would be perfect.

rabbit77 Very nice. Very clean setup. I don't know if I could sit that far away from such a beautiful TV , but I do like the setup. Kudos sir.

Awesome monitor what's the brand and model?

It looks like a dell but I can't find it on their website.

Also what do those weigh?

rabbit - I spotted those as Ikea chairs before you even called them out! =) Have one myself and they are pretty comfy. Might actually have to pick up another as I am moving shortly.

How is the 841? I'm intrigued by it, as I just found it about 2 weeks ago, however, I have heard negative things about it. Supposedly the 941 is supposed to replace, but it has been delayed.

Case - Yes, it is a Dell. I'm pretty pleased with it. I've actually had it since the end of Jan. If you have any questions please feel free to PM me.
