I work an underground train station in London and they were filming a UK tv series for the BBC called "Hustle". Robert Vaughn is in the show and he signed my 2-disc Bullitt DVD. Richard Chamberlain was also there filming a guest star role. I didn't know he was going to be there, if I did I would have got The Towering Inferno DVD signed. How many times do them two turn up at the same place? I must admit Chamberlain looked alot better then I was expecting.

Sid Haig wrote: Try the fried chicken!
Walter Phelan wrote: DR. SATAN (ala Chris Hardwick's cry after leaving the murder ride).

I didn't know who he was before House of 1000 corpses, but Sid Haig is such an incredible actor imo

Nice! And the superior fullscreen transfer too! I was hoping MGM would re-release Koy as fullscreen after all the fuss with the widescreen version.

My copy of Reservoir Dogs is signed by Quentin Tarantino. It must be second-hand because it was sent from the store like that.

Added another, and it's one of my favorites. Harold Ramis is, in my opinion, the single most underrated person to have worked in movies.

There's one blank page left that I'm saving for Sam and Ted Raimi (hopefully someday)
That's cool as hell

All I have is a one sheet of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre signed by Gunner Hanson, Marilyn Burns, & Edwin Neal, all whom appeared together at a Cape Coral, Fl. store last year. Mr. Neal was quite the animated individual and loved talking about the film, their experiences, and wasn't shy about discussing some of the difficulties they had in dealing with one Mr. Tobe Hooper!

Two more. The Austin Film Festival was very good to me. Everything from Romeo + Juliet on (plus the two Mike Judge signatures on discs I'd posted earlier) came within the past week.

Interesting that Demme likes to sign that cover vertically. Here's how he signed mine:

For comparison, he's one he signed horizontally:

Here are a selection of other interesting signed DVDs I have:

Angus Scrimm and Reggie Bannister

Albert Maysles (he wrote my name twice to try out the markers he had)

Clockwise from left: Ari Lehman, Adrienne King, Tom Savini. Center: Betsy Palmer

Gary Sherman (with my favorite inscription ever!)

Daveigh Chase

Bill Lustig and Tom Savini

Mary Harron (left) and Guin Turner (right) came out too light with my crappy marker. Bret Easton Ellis (top) is easy to see.

David Cronenberg on front, Stephen Lack on back

Jörg Buttgereit misspelled my name, but who's gonna complain?

Patricia Tallman, Tony Todd, Bill Moseley, William Butler, Russ Streiner, Tom Savini, and John Russo

Gunnar Hansen and the late Paul Partain

Spot the names! Christopher Meloni, David Wain, Michael Ian Black, Michael Showalter, Amy Poehler, Jake Fogelnest, Craig Wedren, Peter Salett, A.D. Miles, and Zak Orth. Hint: David Wain signed it upside and circled it so he could always stand out.
