Here's mine:

Brazil
Chasing Amy
Hard Boiled

BTW, do you think that CDN$45 is expensive for a used / opened Silence of the Lambs?

I paid $30 CDN for mine used, which is what used criterions fetch here anyhow.

Dunno if that's a good price for this OOP Criterion, but why even bother with this release?

I recommend getting the MGM version. It has a better transter, nice extras and can be purchased for $20 CAD.

Dude, I agree with you 100% on your opinion of the MGM version, but as far as the continued validity of the Criterion version is concerned, it's all about that commentary track, arguably the best one ever recorded. I consider myself fortunate to own both...

From: In my secret underground lair, plotting to TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!! Bwuaaahahahaha!!
I started with Charade ($28.49 at Best Buy,) then I picked up Samurai I for $10 from a pawn shop, Beastie Boys for $14.99 used from Wherehouse, Robocop off of Ebay for MSRP, Unbearable Lightness of Being from DDD for $17.96, L'Avventura from Hastings for $19.99, and Chasing Amy from Best Buy for $10.79.

I want Brazil and the Monty Python films, as well as the Hitchcocks and Kurosawas (other Japanese stuff, as well.) I am also planning on getting most of the comedies (W.C. Fields, Alec Guinness, etc.)

I was really wanting to get the Hard Boiled/Killer discs, as well as the Tati films, but I can't afford to spend EBay prices on those discs.

Most of the others I would like to get as money permits, as has been stated before, I can sell them for what I paid, although I will probably hang on to them until I get a full set.
