The packaging. Everything else is moot IMO. Once I get the box set I'll probably just keep it on my shelf and sell the discs on Ebay. Someone will be willing to buy them I'm sure.

Seeing them in glorious Widescreen. Close second is the features( i hope they put that "From Star Wars to Jedi featurette - that would be sweet).

Reminds me of the Ebay auction where someone was selling an XBox box. That's right, the empty box in which the XBox came in. The funny thing is that the seller got a decent bid (fair market price of an XBox at that time) from some poor sap of a woman. Obviously Ebay caught the misleading auction and yanked it.

The added footage.... I can't wait to see Jar Jar in ROTJ like has been promised! And I hope that new footage where Solo is shot and killed by Greedo looks great!

Did I mention that the new cover art is AWESOME?

Quite frankly, I can't wait to see the enhanced light sabers in ANH. That's one fix they should have made for the '97 SEs.

And speaking of some of the so-called fixes they made in the '97 SEs, I couldn't tell the difference between them and the original version. For instance, they supposedly cleaned up and enhanced the Tantive IV tractor beam capture into the Star Destroyer. I couldn't tell a bit of difference.

well since it appears to be only a 4 disc set..guess we cant really say for the bonus features.
WRONG! I'm definitely looking forward to the 3 featuretters and the 2 1/2 hour documentary Empire of Dreams.

Just having the movies on DVD in anamorphic Widescreen.

I am interested in seeing what changes/special effects touchups are in there as well.

I'm looking forward to the movies the most, but I'm also excited about the restoration/remastering.

Having the movie finally on DVD is a treat for me. Hopefully there will be some surprises that they haven't told us about (ie deleted scenes).

You must have missed it. It was on the main page. See if you have no intention of buying, then you wouldn't have ANYTHING you are looking forward to on the set therefore you would not have clicked on this thread in the first place. But we all know you'll buy.

A Star Wars topic draws the crappers like flies to sugar.
