I do pay close attention now when I buy a dvd to make sure the coverart is not bent or under the security stickers.
Call me anal but I am a DVD collector as well as avid viewer. I don't want to display dvds that are damaged. It didn't happen because of my negligence. It happened because the artwork had moved ever so slightly during packaging making it impossible to remove the security stickers without tearing the artwork.
If you bought a poster to hang on your wall and it tore because of of the way it was packaged......you wouldn't return it???
