"Suspiria" was a total letdown for me. I just could not get into that movie; the atmosphere, acting, music and cheap effects were laughable.

And my friend (who I later found out had not even seen the movie) hyped me up so much into buying it that my expectations were maybe too high.

Yes, ummm. .. I'd like to thank the Academy for this profound honor and to the good people at the Adolph Coors Brewing Company, whose products I must have been heavily under when I made this purchase...

Okay...gotta disagree with this one...I love this movie to death! I can understand it aint for everyone...but a bad movie it aint....

Pokemon: The First Movie

Buttcrack....a troma movie blind buy lol

Luckily I didn't pay full price for it at least. I got it as part of a huge buy at ValueAmerica.com's inaugural sale in 1999 (also got Die Hard Trilogy, Das Boot, Carpenter's The Thing for $60). It's still wrapped - I wanted the Elite version. I'd feel guilty even giving it away to someone, let alone having someone give me money for it.

The words "hocking piece of crap" don't do this unfunny annoy-fest justice:


This one's actually not horrible, and the extras are really interesting on the 2-disc, but I have to admit that while I watched this one in the theatres first (and got the DVD really cheap) I have yet to actually watch the feature on DVD:

I have to disagree with Save the last dance, Suspiria, Thirteen and Under seige 2 I enjoyed them all. My worst are

I'm sure there are may more, but all of them are long gone.

No doubt a better film than BLUE CRUSH!!

Huh? This was a great blind buy for me. Not my favorite movie but I really enjoyed it.

I dont know where my mind was that day, none of my other DVDs are full screen.

Well, I got Blue Crush for $5.00, and the girls are hot. It's a damn good-looking film if you ignore the plot. I'm not embarrassed about owning that one.

Matchstick Men was made awful by that stupid twist at the end. It was so obvious that Scott was practically winking at you the entire film - throwing in really obvious "clues" probably intended to be caught on a second viewing once you know the secret, but they were so obvious and out of place that an attentive viewer can't help but pick them up the first time.

The whole film built up to this idiotic "gotcha" that well, didn't get me. I just groaned when the final secret was revealed.

I want my 2 hours and $14.00 back.

I don't see why you'd be embarrassed by these - even if you didn't like them they're considered to be pretty decent films by most of the forum members.

What is it about these particular titles that's brought you shame?

What a horrible movie, got it at Target for $5.99 and it's probably the worst movie I own.

I watch these with gleeful abandon and a perverse smile as though I just witnessed a REALLY bad roller blading accident...

Maybe embarassment is the wrong word, but I wouldn't ever get emarassed for buying a dvd so I took liberty with the word. I did hate all of those films, and I guess my embrassment was paying full price for such god-awful films.

I am sure no one will admit owning this "jewel" F**K THE DISABLED
