The best DVD's I have found in the Walmart bargain bin were Frankenstein And The Monster From Hell, Captain Kronos Vampire Hunter, and Black Sunday. These were all $5.88 on their release date.

I just picked up duel to the death and I gotta say that it's one of the most entertaining kung-fu esque movies I've seen in a long time.
BTW, I can't seem to find Starship Troopers at my local wal-mart, but there's plenty of Wild Things if anybody wants to make a trade.

I'd pick up a lot of these titles if I ever saw them in my Walmart's bargain bin.
We're like vultures over there. If I see any title that's even remotely good I'll pick it up. But I don't get there that often, and by the time I do it's nothing but Thumbelina and those "Classic Comedy" 2-packs.
I did get "Jaws: The Revenge" (which has a surprisingly good anamorphic widescreen transfer) and "The Dream Team" (starring Michael Keaton - when I tried to put it into DVD Profiler by title nothing but porn vids of that title came up) last week.

The Last Seduction is full frame only, though.
There are a TONNE of CTS titles that don't generally come in a full frame version but are manufactured specifically for Walmart that contain only FF versions of WS films, so be sure to check carefully before you buy.

All in the $5.50 bin:
Wall Street
The Wraith
Casualties of War
Stargate Ultimate Edition:Extended Cut
The Peacemaker
Major League 2
The Last Castle
The Falcon and the Snowman
Not a bad day at all.
Also picked up Master and Commander for $15 (Widescreen).
The Wraith is fullscreen...but hell...only $5.50 and its a guilty pleasure

Picked up ..... THE BUDDY HOLLY STORY (Gary Busey) at Wal Mart in Canada (PEI). Busey was nominated for an Academy award for this movie. DVD's at Wal Mart here are $6.88/each. They even have "some" decent titles for $4.00 that they just put out recently. Most of it's crap though.

I got Ford Fairlane too. And A Million To Juan.
One Wal-Mart is 40 miles north, the other 40 miles south.
The north is better for finding unique items. It's in a city of 15,000 vs. the other store where there are 110,000.
The northern one used to have a bin next to the $5.50 bin, stuff in there was $8.88.
When they had that I grabbed Left Behind 1 and 2.
I'd love to find Pee Wee in there.
I'm still kicking myself, when I went with friends to LA to get my friend a new car stereo at Fry's, we went around to kill time before the installation appointment, and ended up at Circuit City, where they were selling Pee Wee for $6.
I had just spent $300 at Fry's so I didn't want to spend more.
When we went back to get the stereo, I looked at Fry's. Zippo.
Back home the next day, at my local CC the price was $15.
Even DeepDiscount has it for $13...
GRRRRRRR.
I wonder if they'd care if someone brought a cart over and started piling the dvd's in there?
I went last week to the northern Wal Mart, and someone had stacked it all up. You could read all the titles in half the bin, the other half was all facing the wrong way...

This wasn't from Walmart, but Best Buy bin and I was real excited because it is one of my favorite movies of all time
"American Flyers"...you know the bike movie with Kevin Costner.
Also, got "Godzilla" (1998) which I wanted to rent, but this was only $1.00 more than rental. Can't beat that right?
