Judging by how many times I've rewatched them:

The Fifth Element
Magnolia
The Matrix
Moulin Rouge!
Pearl Jam: Touring Band 2000

I watch a few episodes of Buffy/Angel a week, but couldn't really pick a single set that I rewatch continuously to make the list. Also, I'd wager that the Firefly set would be on the list if this were asked a year from now.
