Lost in Translation - Yet another DVD with no Insert.
Just picked up my copy of LiT, and big surprise, there is no insert. This seems to be a new trend that (as far as I know) started with Old School. To me the package just seems half empty without the insert. How much could it possibly cost them to include an insert describing the contents?

I like to have inserts because I have a Case Logic binder that I keep some of my dvds in. There's a space in the front for an insert and the backside holds the disc.

Unusual case though.

Sorry to change the topic...maybe not, really, but here goes...
Is this a good rental? Everybody raves about it, and I like Bill Murray anyway. Received four Oscar nominees, but sometimes that doesn't really mean anything.

If you have a color printer, people who want inserts should make their own. In fact, they should also make their own cover since the movie poster on the cover is horribly defaced.

Picked up the Canadian Alliance/Atlantis release today and no insert with mine either. The cover doesn't look nearly as ugly though but it isn't the same as the previous pictures I've seen posted.
It has a gold widescreen bar at the top and the quotes but not the ugly white background and the title has the original text. Has french on it though of course.

It's not that we really need inserts, but for someone who's been collecting dvd's for many years, you just just used to seeing one in a case. I'll admit I'll rather have an insert of anything then just having an empty space there. it just feels cheap.
