I third House of a 1000 Corpses, because that is a great time. Captain Howdy and Baby crack me up. The Ed Wood SE is also one of my favorites, because it keeps with the cheese theme. Funny stuff.

Though certainly not the best, I'm partial to the menu on Aliens (non-SE) for the coolness factor. Integrating the motion tracker was .

I'll second the vote for The House on Haunted Hill (remake), very creepy menu taking place in that claustrophobic house.
But the BEST menu is The Tenth Victim; after you make your choice gunshots ring out and the assassins in the menu run for cover. Brilliant animated menu programming at its' finest.

An Evening With Kevin Smith menus or the Freddy Vs. Jason menu IMO. And the worst is any static menu that starts up immediately. Too boring and too quick to introduce the movie.

The Undiscovered Country main menu is very cool however, the second discs' menu which takes you through the tunnels of Rura Penthe, get's to be a pain after making a couple of selections.

Nemesis also has a very cool menu.

A tie between Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas Criterion Collection and Fight Club. Love those menus. And the Ed Wood menu is pretty funny stuff.

Just finished watching the Capturing the Friedmans set, and the menus have the right balance of motion and simplicity, with the great score music on a loop. Great doc, too.

The menus on the LOTR EEs are nicely animated while not going to the point of overdrive. Alien Quadrilogy's menus are sweet, too.

While not my favorite (I don't know which one is), the menus on Pearl Harbor: Vista Series are simple and elegant.
