I wonder if any studio has ever considered releasing a full video game bundled in a special edition? Probably not a huge call for it, but an interesting thought, I think. I guess it would get kind of sticky with working with different gaming formats (would need to have it available in a PC, Xbox, NGC, PS2, and maybe even Apple formats).

Nah . . . too much trouble.

I just wish Blade 1 would be put in a Keep case so it can sit next to Blade 2. Snappers are not allowed to interact with keep cases in my library of DVDs. I am GOD and can do as I please.
Yep, that's exactly what I did man. I gave away my other Austin Power films that were in the snapper.

I'm just picking up the standard ones. All I care about a great anamorphic transfer and a good 5.1 track, so box sets with a bunch of extras are just a waste of money for me as I likely wouldn't watch any of the extra stuff anyway.

The Blair Witch Experience box set (which was released in 2001) included both Blair Witch films on DVD, the trilogy of PC games on CD-ROM, a CD soundtrack and some other junk as well.

I agree with vivarey. I just want the live-action footage that the Wachowski brothers shot for Enter the Matrix on DVD. I don't care about the game itself. I rented it for PS2 and also played it on a friend's PC and wasn't too impressed.

I don't mind the idea of a box set, but these Gift-sets they sell are ridiculous! Ohhh, look! I get some stills from the movie, and various autographed crap! And I only paid twice as much as the movie for it!

I buy these as soon as they come out, and if a new super-duper boxset comes out later, I will get it too.

"Waiting" is for the other guy.

Just come to Canada, all of our Blades come in keep cases! No snappers for us! In Canada we don't have to segregate half of the blade series out of snapper hate!

I'll be waiting for the box set to come out as well before buying, in fact I'm waiting for the series to be completed before watching any more.

I sold off my copy of the original years ago. I bought Reloaded and will also buy Revolutions when it comes out, and re-buy the original as soon as it is released in a keepcase. I'll pass on a boxset.
