Yes. New Line has done with several other titles also including Friday and Dumb and Dumber.

It just sucks that lots of good movies are in snappers
Learn how to make your own Cover Art & switch them to keepcases.

a lot of hollywood videos sell used warner brothers dvds in keepcases with actual paper removable cover art. i've seen animatrix, scooby doo, ocean's eleven, harry potter, kangaroo jack, training day, and others this way.

yeah, i think rental versions generally come in keepcases.
