"Cutaway" with Tom Beringer all about colorful skydiving over Miami Beach, Florida. Air Miami... Star skydiving team (8 persons connecting to form a star, holding on for 5 seconds then breaking to glide down) vs all others in lowest time, and how it was financed.
Spoiler:
They flew to pickup the cocaine, then they parasailed right onto boats, beaches, hotel roofs or homes to collect the money for their services for delivering the cocaine.

2010 (It was a good sequel to 2001, considering they are radically different movies)
City Slickers 1 and 2 (a good pair of movies; yes, even II)
Final Fantasy (Makes a good DVD, and I actually like the movie; an unusual mix of Eastern and Western ideology)
Hannibal (Why does everyone bash this movie? I must have a thing for Ridley Scott films)
ID4 (Also a good DVD, and the movie is one of the "so cheesy its good" kind)
JP3 (have to complete the collection )
The Langoliers (don't know why I like this, but I do)
Lost in Space (ditto; I actually bought this, and it's a reference disc to boot)
The Mummy (1999) (got it cheap; also a good DVD)
Rush Hour 2 (I might sell it, but I like it as a comapanion piece to #1)
Sphere (really not that bad, I read the book and enjoyed the movie; has some good acting from Jackson and Hoffman)
Vanilla Sky (I liked it, an interesting film; though I haven't seen Open Your Eyes)

LOL!! its a figure of speech guys, get over it!!!!! I am in no way implying a person should feel guilty because of their taste in movies. If it makes you feel better, think of the title of this thread as "movies you like that critics/dvdtalkers bash"... better?

Ladie's Man (probably considered my worst movie, but its one of those so bad its good movies, and Will Farrell cracks me up

Cable Guy (My favorite, yes favorite movie. My opinion on movies is instantly discredited when I tell people this. I always see interviews where they ask Jim Carey about "what went wrong with cable guy", I think its his best.)

Soon to buy:

Zoolander (So many great quotes)

I get most movies cheap anyways so I never feel to guilty.

About A Boy - saw it for the first time tonight and loved it. And I tend to dog any movie with Hugh Grant that looks like it'll be a chick flick.

Wing Commander off the top of my head. No one else ever seems to like this one but I enjoyed the Capital Ship battles myself.

This may be my most watched DVD. I also love the pop-up style commentary.
