Well considering I never got the UE, I had to get the EE. I love it. And I think if you're a Terminator fan. You should get the EE even if you have the UE.

I love that there's a thread on this - as if we need validation for not buying the latest incarnation of this DVD. (which, by the way, I didn't)

I passed. I'll stick with my two disc UE.

I don't have a HDTV and don't plan on buying one for a couple years but I bought this edition anyway.

I myself did notice a large improvement in the video quality over the other edition.

I also played the HD version on my pc but lets say I was less than impressed with the quality.

I own the Ultimate Edition and see no need to buy Extreme Edition.

I broke down and got it strictly for the Cameron commentary. (have yet to give it a listen though)

When it drops to $15 I might get it. But no, I don't have it.

Neither for me. I don't know, after seeing it 2x in the theater, I kind of burned out on it.

I have held out as well. I'm hoping they reissue the contents of the disc, just not in the crappy tin case they have. I don't need a torn up case inside. And it does say Limited Tin, so maybe in a few more pressings, they'll drop the tin and just release it in an amaray.

I own the UE, and don’t really watch it enough to justify the purchase of yet another edition.

Speaking strictly language-wise, isn't ULTIMATE better than EXTREME, anyway? ;)

I'm waiting for the extra-ultimate-final-I-Promiss-I-Won't-Make-anymore-of-them edition! :D

But really I don't have any intention of buying this movie ever.

Kept my UE and passed on this one. No regrets yet.

I just saw it at Best Buy for $20 and the metal case looks loose enough that it won’t teat the case…
