I Know What You Did Last Summer - local video store had a 2 for $5 used DVD sale, I wanted The Truman Show, and the next best choice after this was Rocketman.
My Bloody Valentine - A gag present this February from my girlfriend. Har har.

Rocky 5
Hands down the worst, won't even crack it open. It came with the whole Rocky set of course...which went from the nice serious Academy Award picture in Rocky and slowly down the route of unintentional comedy with Hulk Hogan, Mr. T., Rocky and Apollo hugging in the California surf, James Brown, Dolph Lungren and the Soviet Politbureau chanting "Rocky"...thats good stuff...
But Rocky 5 was just plain bad, no guilty pleasure, unintentional comedy..just flat out awful stuff

I'm surprised by some of the films mentioned here, but none more than TRUE ROMANCE. It is my personal favorite of all time and, while I can totally see someone not liking it, I never imagined it would be at the bottom of anyone's list.

You're surprised? I'm surprised people still get surprised when other people's opinions differ from their own. I'm not even saying I dislike the movie, but of all the DVDs in my collection there are three (the three I listed earlier) that I didn't buy, and would not have bought. Every other movie I own was either a gift I really wanted, or one I bought myself. And while I don't think True Romance is a bad movie (I like the scene with Hopper and Walken quite a bit) it doesn't light my fire in quite the same way as Persona or Boudu Saved From Drowning.

Definitely "The Smokers". It shows what happens when you finance your own movie and cast yourself, and mostly your friends and relatives (and people who pretend to be your friends) and expect a plot/screenplay to shake out somewhere...

It's gotta be Wild Wild West for me. It was the "losers prize" for the person who picked the least amount of winners correctly at the Oscar party that I went to.
Needless to say, I "won."

Chasing Amy. My wife bought it for a friend who "discovered" at 28 years old that she was a lesbian. She didn't like it, so it remains on my shelf collecting dust. That's what they must mean by the term "collector's edition".

Psycho (1998)
I was joining Columbia House right after I got my DVD player. I ment to get the old version, but instead accidently got the new one. Didn't realize until after I opened it. It's not really a bad film, but doesn't compare to the original. I'll keep it.
I also have Deep Blue Sea and Surviving the Game, that I got for real cheap. A good way to pass some time.
Also add Freddy Got Fingered, but that is a guilty pleasure of mine.

Let me just add "Meet the Feebles" to that. We sold it but it still seems to be there. Keeps coming back up like bad fish.
