Family Guy and Futurama are probably my two most recent discoveries, wasnt going to try them but I was bored and had some extra money and now I'm eagerly awaiting the next sets.

My latest great discovery is Futurama. I'd seen it once or twice, years ago, and wasn't all that impressed with it, despite the fact that I love The Simpsons. But I recently caught a couple of episodes on Adult Swim, and really enjoyed them. So I bought the set, and devoured it last weekend. Now I can't wait for Volume 2!

I know it blew at the B-office but I had fun with it and feel it derserves more of a cult following.

From: The last place I looked
I bought Eraserheadand David Lynch's Short Films as a completely blind buy (loved Blue Velvet and MulHolland Dr.) and was completely blown away by Eraserhead. I've only seen one of the short films, have yet to watch the rest (no time).

I borrowed Audition from my supervisor and was blown away by Miike. I must own all his films (Ichi the Killer, Visitor Q, etc.etc)

Most of my Criterions are blind buys. I've got about 30, and the only ones I have seen or heard about is Royal Tenambaums, Spartacus, the Rock, Chasing Amy, and Traffic. 8 1/2, George Washington, Haxan, Straw Dogs, Dead Ringers, Walkabout, and many others totally floored me when I saw them. I buy Criterions not as a completeist (sp?) but rather a chance for a damn good blind buy. Haven't had any regrets as of yet (well, maybe Spartacus.......I've had it for 2 years and have only seen it once, I enjoyed it, but I don't think I'll watch it again anytime soon)

In a month I'll probably say Six Feet Under, but I'm still waiting for DigitalEyes to deliver it (it's been a month since I ordered it!). Sigh...
