My LCD panels (TV & Computer)...
They seem to gather much less dust (or grime) than a CRT, but I lightly dust, when necessary, with one of those soft synthetic-fiber dusters.
If some puttz actually puts prints on the panel, I wipe it gently with a slightly moistened (cool water) soft & clean cloth, as recommended by the Manufacturer.
In fact, I don't re-use the cloth, for fear of contaminent particles it may pick-up, between uses.
Don't use cleaning cloths that are treated with cleaners, etc.

I actually spent ~$10 on a microfiber cloth and some Monster cleaning solution. I hated buying anything Monster, but it has worked well, and the cloth does a good job cleaning DVD's, my DS and PSP, etc.
