Lindsay Lohan doing a striptease and
Spoiler:
then walking around with a robotic arm and leg for 50 minutes...
you just can't go wrong with that combination.

Now if only they had her stripping
Spoiler:
WITH the robotic limbs...
now that would be something...

SD? I would go for b1g1+60% 805798 - b1g1 + 60% off

It doesn't give free shipping, but it's still pretty decent if you're getting titles under $15.00

If you are going for newer releases go with a b1g1 + free shipping. It will work out to roughly $10-12 per title. Again, not great unless you're getting new releases that would usually be around $16-20.

Best bet is to load your cart up with the titles you want and then see what the total price would be after trying both codes. Obviously go with the cheaper one.

Let me explain.

It works if the pre-orders you are getting are the titles you are buying and not the freebies. There is only one title left on Blu that CH has that I don't already own and would actually want to own: Troy - Directors Cut. I think they have the MSRP mispriced on it because they want $26.xx for it when it should be one of the $21.xx Warner basic catalog titles. In order to get it free, they want me to get two more titles that are $26.xx or more. I even have pre-ordered so many Blu-rays previously that the only two I really want are The Bucket List and V for Vendetta. V is only $21.xx so it doesn't qualify me to get a free one.

So if the sale goes on long enough that V is able to be taken as a freebie, then I can buy Troy and Bucket List and actually get in on the deal and get three titles I want.

Quick question... if the 2 you are paying for are pre-orders, and the other 3 are free, how are you charged? I'd assume you're charged nothing for the 3 they're sending you now, then they charge you when the other 2 are shipped, right?

In my case, the two I want to pay for (Dirty Harry Blu and Batman Begins Blu) are coming out in June and July, so could I basically get this B2G3 and only pay once in June and once in July?

That's how it works on my account. I'm on the bill me later, and they only charge me when the movie is shipped. So, you shouldn't be charged until June and July. With some accounts though, they might hold your freebies until you pay. It varies though.

That should be correct. You are only charged when an order ships.

That's absolutely correct. However, they may not send you any of the free titles now either. It's fairly common for them to hold the free titles until you get charged for the first pay title.

Doesn't seem like any code is working right now. Something funny going on with the cart too. One minute it says unavailable and the next minute it seems ok. But without the codes.....

Tried all the ones jester had listed a few pages back and everyone of them is dead. Haven't seen it happen where not even one code is working. The account log in wasn't even active for an hour or so this morning; said something about maintenance. Maybe the codes will be back up later today but I doubt it.

Something strange is going on!!!
I input the code 802349 and i get the usual "We are sorry. We don't recognize the online code you entered." However, if i add a title to the cart, the banner shows "B1G1 w FS" and it seems to be working when i tried to do a checkout.

Update:
Codes are working now... may be they were doing some maintenance...

The answer to this and lots of other questions new members typically ask are in the first post of this thread. If you have questions that are not answered there or something is not clear after reading that post then yell.

I'm tempted to place some BR orders for myself and just get two free SD dvds that sell for $14 at moviestop, but I just spent $750 on $1,400 credit at Blockbuster, so I think I should hold off for a while.

Was it there right after submitting?

If so, then be on the look-out for a CH screwing of your order. CH cancels your order & places one using a code "to their liking".

If it wasn't, then I don't know. Orders usually show up right after submitting.

.

If CH cancels and changes the order code, will the new order appear in the order history with the new pricing? I haven't noticed any changes from my order history. I've placed so many orders the past month though with the B1G4 and the Blu-ray it's hard to tell on my credit card what I'm being billed for. Many from the B1G4 were preorders so there's constantly $19.95 charges showing up and I'm affraid they'll slip a charge or 2 in for the freebies without me noticing.

I just checked again and the order is there now. All titles say pending and the prices all have asterisks instead of numbers. Waiting game now I guess.

Sorry to say, sounds like you're getting the "If so," treatment. What is your "order type"? Does it still say WEB?

Hi guys,

I've been away from the CH world for awhile. I'm trying to fulfill a TV account using code 802349 B1G1 + FreeShipping. It is working as described with a twist; instead of charging me $24.95 on 2 of the 4 DVDs, and giving me 2 $22.95 DVDs free, it is charging them as follows:

#1 $22.95 Regular Price
Counts towards commitment (1.0 units)

#2 Free Sale Price ($22.95 title)

#3 $12.50 Sale Price ($24.95 title)
Counts towards commitment (1.0 units)

#4 $12.50 Sale Price ($24.95 title)

I thought a title purchased for < $19.99 (#3) would NOT count as a fulfillment. Did the rules change, or is the site/code just glitchy right now?

(And if I only put 2 $24.95 titles in my cart, it charges each at $12.50 and says one will count toward fulfillment...)
