But isn't that just for Canada residents?

This would be best placed in its own thread with a title something like "CH Canada: Free Shipping Code". The older Canada threads have been lost (along with many others here) and there are several Canadians that post in this forum. They would be more likely to spot a separate thread.

OK, thanks for the advise. I'll start a new thread when I get a new code.

Does anyone have a code for B1G1 with 10% off and free shipping? I found a thread with one (807752) that was supposed to work and it deson't work any longer. Can someone help or does a code like this not exist anymore?

oh me oh my if only it were true. Sorry but it died a couple weeks ago.

But 807748 works for B1G1 free, although you still have to pay shipping which is a killer.

If it makes you feel any better, even when it did work, it wouldn't take off the shipping charges.

They haven't had an actual free shipping code for a few months.

I haven't done a CH application in months.

What are the best codes to use online with or without a PSN?

I'd prefer not to use a phone or credit card application because I ship the DVDs to work since I'm never home when the mail comes and I've had DVDs stolen before.

I've read through the thread and it looks like it hasn't been updated recently.

Thanks to anyone who helps.

I've had good success using C7L. This code gives you 6 for $2.94 and a 7th title for $9.95. So you'll get 7 for $12.89 and the obligation is 2 in the next 2 years. This code also gives you the choice of using a credit card upfront or being billed later. BTW, you can use a credit card for an application and have the DVDs shipped to a different address-I do it all the time and have never encountered any problems.

Just a heads up. I see they've raised the price of the seventh selection now to $14.95. I've tried several of the codes that need a PSN and they all show $14.95. Also, instead of 2 more to buy it's now 3.

Hmm....it must be a problem on my end then. I'll try clearing cookies and see if it does anything. Strange.

Begging your pardon, but I am new to this forum, and to CH. How do you enter such a code for an order?

Close to the top where it tells the current deal there is a link directly under it that says "Looking for the offer in your mailing?", just click on that and a box will pop up for you to put the code in.

If you bring up the "details" of a code after entering it, be careful on what link you click to "go shop". One or more of the links on the page will reset your offer (code) to the default.

I just tried C7L over the phone and they said the offer code was invalid. Apparently 1KJ is invalid as well.

^Yes, many of the on-line codes are not accepted on the phone. LCY and LCT should work fine on the phone, at last report.

got an email this week, rejoined using it. the code was C8W, it was the 6 for 49 cents each, plus the availability of 2 more at checkout for 9.95 each, free shipping, and only 2 commitment titles.

i joined it both by phone and online. no psn required, and online had the billme and CC option, FYI.

"COLUMBIAHOUSE FOR DUMMIES"

ITALIAN926 (or someone else)—would it be possible to re-post the "COLUMBIAHOUSE FOR DUMMIES" [sic] thread(s)/information?

My recollection is that only a few codes work on the phone and that they include 7:2 codes LCY, LCT, and 38Y. The phone number for regular DVD club applications is 888-242-3837.

The 6:1 type K7L codes have been reported to not work on the phone.

Not that we really need any more, but I have received some more 7:2 codes in "we want you back" e-mails:

C8M, C8Q, C8W, and 42E.

Edit: And another one: 42G.

I called last night and C83 was a no go, but EBP did work. 7:2 code.
