Visited my local Dollar Tree this morning and was pleasantly surprised to find quite a few new titles for sale. I picked up:

I found TOM & JERRY'S MUSICAL MAYHEM with 7 theatrical cartoons on it. Well worth $1!

Guess I should have looked closer at the Tom & Jerry titles. 7 movies is a great bargain for $1.

Much of it was the same as last time. Did take home several for their cases - Black Friday is coming and will need to replace those eco crap.

The only new title I picked up was a blind buy, "Flirting With Forty" a Heather Locklear flick.

Anyhow, I also saw one, not mentioned here - season one of "The Dog Whisper".

Bubble happened to be out of print and was going for big bucks before this Dollar Tree sale. I'm sure prices will temporarily take a hit with all this new stock of Bubble.

The last DT around me.

Took home one more case, the rest was crap.

Two blind buys; "Totally Spies!: Season Two - Volume 2" and "Bubble".

Elsewhere folks have found "The It Crowd" seasons one and two.

This last DT sale (of 2018) is my DVD case pile for replacements for Black Friday. I'm very disappointed. While I did get some, it's rather poor. Much of the selection is filler, those cases are weak, not the ones I wanted.

Add to that, one of the stores only got a few titles and bulked their display buy shifting their left overs from the last sale to the front.

Yeah, I noticed that.

Did this come with an insert? Mine did not.

Went to my local DT Tuesday and found one copy of What We Do Is Secret, biopic about the punk rock band The Germs. Case and cover were a little bit damaged, but had to get it.

Wait, what?

I was at my local DT two days ago. No new DVDs, just Christmas stuff. Took home two tea leaf candle mason jar lanterns (which now makes three) - for a future blackout. And a pack of candles for it.

Anybody else reporting a DVD dump?

I finally came across a store with the new wave. Since I could watch as the employee opened each box, this location didn't receive everything shown above. They had about 50% of those titles, missing Wild River, Rollerball and some others.

One got very few. The other was putting them out as I walked in.

Was hoping to find "Broken Saints", nope.

Did take home "What If" and "Tiger House" along with "Batman: Return Of The Caped Crusaders".

Still hoping to run into the other, oh well - thanks for the info folks.

Oh yeah, "Friday Night Lights: Season One" is the Mill Creek re-release.

I think you're in Buffalo, the Dollar Tree on Delaware Ave has Batman: The Dark Knight Returns part 2 if you're looking for that.

My store got stocked and went to another.

A total of four DTs, no luck on "Broken Saints".

Did take home, yesterday; "Hangman's Curse", "Ballistic: Ecks Vs. Sever" (snapper) and "Experimenter".

The first store I went to had a decent selection, including the "Robocop" remake. However, the next three I tried had nothing at all.

Went to another Dollar Tree and found Miami Vice(Season 1) and The Gene Deitch Tom and Jerry Collection on DVD. Also found The Usual Suspects on Blu.

Apologies for not taking a pic or notes, but my local store ( 47th street in Kansas City KS ) had the new shipment today. I picked up the "RoboCop" Blu-Ray. I own the Criterion DVD, but it's a buck so what the hey.

This store had a pretty good selection. A bunch of the DC animated comic stuff, & on the Marvel side there was 3-4 copies of the 2nd Amazing Spider-Man flick ( I think this was even had the 3-D version in it, which was a surprise for a dollar ). One other title I haven't seen mentioned was "Shakes The Clown" - this store have several copies.

There seem to be more DVDs in this shipment, including a lot of animated fare aimed at children. Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, and Scooby Doo.

Wish my store had this one. I think they're AWFUL cartoons, but I have a weird fascination with them. The store did have the T&J "Greatest Chases" DVD, but that's it.

HIt a few stores yesterday. Picked up way more DVDs than I would have thought, but was quite a bit I found interesting. Among them were several TV seasons: Wilfred (S1&2), About a Boy (S1) and Defying Gravity (S1)
