Last week at my local Sheetz, the Blockbuster kiosk was swapped out for a Redbox one and I couldn't be happier, since that's the closest kiosk movie rental location to me. (I had never used the BB one.) I usually fill my car up at that station, so it makes renting just that more convenient.

I also have to say that I like Redbox's customer service. I had reserved a copy of The Hunger Games online and when I went to pick it up the kiosk was broken and I couldn't access my movie. That night I did the "live chat" on their site and they gave me codes for three free rentals (including tax), thanked me for alerting them that one of their kiosks wasn't working, and said they'd dispatch a technician to fix it within 24 hours.

The last free code they emailed a free code my wife rented:

1. a film we already owned
2. on DVD
3. forgot to return it.

I'm not letting her have access to the codes anymore.
