These were the sets released in 2003 not the two disc versions ,but I think Die Another Day was a 2 disc.

Yeah, I saw a few of these at mine today. Question is, why would someone buy a set of 5 or 6 for $26 when Big Lots puts them out individually every few months for $3 each? These were the same dvds that were common to find a couple of months ago.

loving the $2 lionsgate titles! hope to see more of them in the future. picked up wagons east (john candy's final film before he died), and the hallmark channel movie "hercules". both were full screen. but I doubt either one is available in widescreen, and for $2 each!, I have paid that in the past for public domain stuff. saw a copy of the 3 hour made-for-tv movie about ronald reagan, with josh brolin as reagan, in widescreen, for $2 as well. had to add this, I just looked on the internet about the hallmark hercules, was disapointed to find that it was originally a 3 hour movie, that was editted down to 2 hours for the u.s. dvd release, and that there is no r1 release of the original 3 hour version available.

So that they can run them for $20 a set on Thanksgiving, giving the impression that people are getting a deal. Which they are really.....

I don't think people are looking for what I bought at Big Lots. I'll list them in order of what I am happiest with to least happy at this moment. (I haven't seen some of these movies). They were all 3 dollars. One of these, Around the Bend, has a slashed upc code but the rest do not.

Stopped off at Big Lots in Alexandria, La. to see if there was anything new. Still a lot of old favorites among the two displays, no WB restock, but noticed various $8 2-packs like "I Know What You Did Last Summer"/"I Still Know...", "Funny Girl"/"Funny Lady", "Grateful Dawg"/'Dogtown and Z-Boys", as well as "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" (2-disc Collector's Edition with film cel and screenplay).
