Nada at the other store, looks like hit and miss on those WBs this week. Forget to mention that I spotted a bunch of assorted anime titles and the Dragonball Z steelbooks were restocked.

Just when I began to doubt we'd see any more WB at BL...
Picked up (all UPC cuts, but you know, I don't really mind if it is something I want and never intend to resell; might even disuade the hoarders/resellers from snatching everything in sight):

This sucks now some of the WB titles that have been on sale at Amazon are showing up at Big Lots,I would have held off on buying some of these but I thought we wouldn't see anymore WB stock at Big Lots.

36 Hours?!??! That's a damn good find! Too bad I paid nearly MSRP for mine. I finally found Beyond the Mat and Class of 1984 in Turlock, CA but there was only 1 copy of each. Other recent finds were Munsters 2-Movie Pack (seems to be a plethora of these), Lady from Shanghai, and Black Dragon aka Miracles. Not one of Jackie Chan's finest moments but cheap enough to pick up. I kinda sorta regret not buying the Wrestler when I saw it - knowing that it's probably gone now - but it was a tad too over-cliched and melodramatic for me.

if you haven't opened OUATIC3, then you may want to think twice about it.
It has one of the worst PQ of practically any DVD I have bought. it was so bad, I couldn't watch it more than 10 minutes. It made me nauseous.

But this is not an alpha release- this is Sony. I expected something decent.

haven't seen the new batch yet, but a manager told me there was going to be a new batch of $3 DVDs for BF. They were supposed to be "newer releases".
He said there were not going to be any $2 DVDs on BF either.

Just got back from Big Lots and my store had ...54 James Bond Box Sets !!!..these were all over the 4 sided wire rack. Priced at $26 a piece. too bad I bought these years ago at Borders.

One of the Ohio stores put out a bunch of new $3 previously viewed titles.
I picked up "Role Models" and the receipt had it labeled as "DVD Black Friday".
The display had a lot of recent titles like "The Wrestler", "Zohan" and others.

So... are people still seeing Dragonball Z steelbooks? I haven't seen one yet, and I probably have gone to my Big Lots at least once a week since they were first seen months ago. Thats all I go there for.

I picked up The Singing Detective and The 6th Day. Still no sign of Class of 1984, Grosse Pointe, Beyond the Mat, Cleopatra Jones or Red Sonja. I'm getting a little discouraged.

When I read that BL was now carrying "Key Largo" I suspected they might carry "The Big Sleep". I'll be on the lookout.
