Same here. Seamless transition to each Amazon, including France and Germany.

Then why even bother purchasing US Blu-rays. Seems to me like Canadian Blus are so much cheaper. Is it because the cover art is different and such?

edit* nevermind, that's UK region 2 or B.... my bad.

I've never purchased anything from either web site but would assume I would be able to log right in like the others. Probably it would also work at the China and Japan web sites as well.

Nice site, thanks. Another consideration is that if extras are standard def they may not play on your equipment... I'm not sure if that is due to PAL or region encoding but I know it can be an issue.

I've ordered from several of the amazon sites out there, and I always log-in on the US site, and then hit the country link on the bottom to go to amazon.ca, amazon.uk, amazon.de (germany), and amazon.fr (france). I've never had to sign up for another account at these other sites, and my info is there for me to use (I don't have to re-enter my cc info). I have not tried to order from Japan or China, and from what I've read, only one of those sites requires a new account set-up.

I also have stuff saved in the basket for later on each website so I can check the current prices quickly for things I am looking at.

I was able to get the deal using just two titles from the list (The Thing, Run Lola Run) and one that wasn't (My Best Friend's Wedding).

Re: Amazon.com: 2-for-1 Blu-ray Sale

I didn't do anything but add the two listed titles from the sale pages with the check boxes and then adding the non-listed one via a regular search. At the end of checkout the promo discount was applied (8.98 for Run Lola Run). That was my only order and it was just processed and in dispatch now, so try adding a third title that is not on the list.
