A lot of 2 packs are on sale again this week. Everybody loves Raymond $14.99, Martin... others as well.

Breaking Bad S.1&2 - $24.99

Besides the familiar ones, anything new regarding newer titles on these two TV show sets? Martin, Raymond, Get Smart and stuff are all familiar...just looking for something newer or more updated.

The Raymond sets are frustrating

I swear Target got a bunch of mispacked bundles.

I'll bet there are people who bought all of the two-packs and opened them before realized there was a duplicate set...

At least they finally got S7 even though it's packaged poorly. When I purchased these it was:
S1/S2

S5/S6
S8/S9

I picked up S7 separately from amazon because Target did not carry that season - at all. Even at ~$15 for the S6/S7 2-pack at least you could gift or sell the extra S6 and come out OK.

Wow I'm glad I bumped this thread even though it was mentioned in the regular target thread, because I didn't know ELR season seven had made it to a two pack... I haven't seen it in store yet but will look for it even though I already have season six.

I think it just got released as a two-pack not too long ago, Season 6 and Season 7, that is.

I'm assuming Monk S1, S2, S3 are $9.99 each not $9.99 for a 3-pack because Bewitched and IDOJ are $8.99 each last time I was there? It's a little confusing when we're mixing in the same thread talking about season packs and individual seasons.

I didn't think it was that confusing, but yes they are 9.99 each. I thought it would be beneficial since these are pretty good prices which might appeal to the same people who buy the 2-packs.

Your posting of the individual titles didn't confuse me. I assumed those with a "/" were 2-packs and the others were individual.

I also picked up "Will & Grace" S1/S2 for $7.99! The shelf tag indicated the "regular price" on this is $9.99 which is excellent as it's ~$30 at amazon.

There were *lots* of 2-packs, most of which were on sale. Also *lots* of individual seasons on sale. They had 3 sections of the shelves along the wall full of TVonDVD 2-packs and singles. Add the other TVonDVD sets in the "regular" location and it's the most TVonDVD I've ever seen at Target. It was hard to not pick up several other sets due to the excellent prices. Especially the "Monk" sets and "Family Affair" S2. Had they had "Family Affair" S1 I'd have probably sprung for those but I couldn't bring myself to start *another* series at a later season than #1.

They had the "Everybody Loves Raymond" S6/S7 2-pack right beside the S5/S6 one. There were *no* S8/S9 packs on the shelf this time. You are correct about the "Bill Cosby Show" packs. It's S1/S2, S3/S4, and S5/S6 here.

Other notable single seasons I saw at $14.99 each were "The Tudors" S1 and S2, "The Office" S2, S3, S4, "How I Met Your Mother" S3, and "House" several seasons but I do not remember which.

Picked up Moonlighting S1/S2 today for $7.99

How long is this sale good till or is this a regular thing now at Target? Going to stop there tomorrow to check them out.

Saw a lot of those sets today and the ELR S5/S6 and S6/S7 sets right next to one another. Also sw a lot of the Mill Creek sets for 5 bucks like Dragnet (best of), My Two Dads, Step by Step best episodes and stuff like that on the back sides of the main DVDs.

I still have yet to see a TFTC s5&6 set.

I went in today to see if there were any "new" 2 packs or if any were on sale. No to both. But I *did* stumble across:

"Starhunter: the Complete Series" for $5

"Reviews" on amazon are very mixed. I've never seen this but it's a genre I like and for $5, why not? 4 disks with 22 episodes.

I picked it up for $5 a week ago. Haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but like you, figured what the heck?

I enjoyed starhunter, it's not great, but it's OK. There is a followup show too, Starhunter 2300.

Just wanted to report I saw Damages Seasons 1 & 2 for $16.99 today as a regular price, no price cut or sale. Seemed like a good deal even though its apparently been a couple of bucks cheaper.

You may have been a day early. Some 2-packs go on sale today (Sunday). Often other unadvertised 2-packs will go on sale too, though we won't know until someone checks it out.

A few weeks ago I had them do a look-up for Starhunter and all they found was S1 V1 for 2.00. I went ahead and bought it, but haven't seen the full season show up yet.

Do you mean that it might go even cheaper than $16.99 to $14.99 possibly? But unadvertised until seen in store?

All the 2 packs were on sale again today, same sale prices they've been in the past. So Damages is 14.99.
