If an item is ordered at a store to ship to home (because the store doesn't have it in stock), would the transaction count as bought in store and qualify for the 10% additional member discount? I vaguely recall that it does but am not sure.

Many thanks. So I went to the store and did get the 10% member discount together with the 20% coupon on 1 item shipping to home. The sales clerk wouldn't allow me to use the 20% coupon multiple times, even though the coupon is re-usable online.

BN really has to fix its policy inconsistencies between the store and online.

Thanks for the info on the Family Dollar deal. I don't usually go in there as my sister has drummed into me that the only dollar store that is worthwhile is Dollar Tree.

If it's programmed into their cash registers to reject coupon it will depend on clerk to allow or disallow coupon. Will they read the coupon or will they think the register is wrong. For anyone who gets discount, consider it a gift. I have used this sale in the past to stock up on Warner Archive blu rays using ship to home. Very sorry I apparently won't be able to do that this year.

I tested BNDEC50 on Star Trek OS Complete set blu ray which is currently 40% off online at $50.99 and coupon worked. It took $10.20 off price.
