Usually there are Instore only coupons that should come out on the 15th/16th though I've not seen the templates for those yet, but there was a set for Mothers Day and those almost always repeat on FD weekend. The worst part about the sale is the single week nature which doesn't allow much wiggle room.

Hard to pass on the current 25% off coupon, combined with some current sale prices. Some titles MAY be cheaper later with 40% off, especially if I can remember to get an order in with a 20% off coupon stacked... I placed an order for now, just in case. I can always return the items later... I needed a few books, with covered most of the $75 "fulfillment", then got some pre-orders...

The bigger codes for 20/25/30% codes for starting FD weekend should work online as well unless BN goes back to blocking coupons on some items or the 40/50% sales in general.

Sale is active and is supposed to last 7 days only. As usual online tons of items are on-sale at 40% off MSRP then stack the coupons. In-store it should be most everything that is classified at a Movie. Online only the 2 new Star Trek 4K are included under the banner, though $23 with the current 20% off is $6 less than then next best price at BBY. Implications are that the instore 4KUHD items may be all 40% off though only a handful of store carry them and I haven't read any store reports yet of actual prices. For items not carried in your store the new store generated ship-to-home rules should work if your store doesn't carry an item (except for those classified as web only) since that should start at the in-store price and allow member discount and in-store coupons once they come out Thursday. |

IVO the sunset of the free membership program, I picked up the Whit Stillman Trilogy at 40% off using BNLOVEDAD for an extra 20% plus free express shipping. Thanks hariseldon for staying on top of all this. :thumbsup: P.S. - Don't forget to stock up on gift cards at the third party sites before the 50% off sale hits, they do tend to sell out. |

I got a message from a poster in another forum who said he was able to get the 40% discounts in-store on 4KUHD and Warner Archive items.
The store didn't have them in stock, but he was able to initiate a ship to home order which applies store prices (not web) and store discounts (coupons, member discounts) so it appears that many/all WAV item are included in this sale Disney/Marvel/Lucas OTOH do appear to be excluded again like in December unless someone has different experience at their store |
