Although I believe the Criterion sale is schedule to go through the 28th, they often extend it at the last minute to go for another week. So we might still be able to capitalize on another round of coupons.

Unfortunately sending emails through the forum is far less reliable than PMs. You may receive emails almost immediately, or maybe never. Also I discovered several months ago the email service used can have an effect. I had to switch my address over from Yahoo to Gmail because the emails sent from the Yahoo address would never make it. I couldn't even receive emails I sent to myself through DVDTalk. You may want to have him send them again, or try sending him the email to see if he receives it. If your email was received at least he could directly email the coupons. Also if you have not checked make sure it didn't end up in your spam folder.
