This is for a 15% coupon. Just paste the code at the end and it should turn it into a store coupon.

Will the computers/registers even accept these in the store on already discounted Criterions? I'm a bit hesistant to run out the door with my 20% coupon if these are not going to work.

I haven't heard any news if the latest coupons will work at stores yet. However the online coupon restrictions for the Criterion sale have been in effect almost since the sale began. The only coupons that have worked are the $8 and $5 store coupons that are currently listed on the first page. Hopefully someone can confirm if the new coupons are also working at stores. Otherwise you might want to take along the other coupons just in case.

Like anything else about B&N Criterion sales, it's probably YMMV. Get a nice clerk and they will make it work. Get one with a stick-up-the-ass, and they will find a reason not to.

Not a king's ransom to give us a few bucks off on the Criterions and let the coupons work. Wiould encourage all of us to buy more. With a no-go online, we are left to the whims of the BN clerk . . .

I was able to use a 20%, 15% and a 5 off 50 along with my membership discount to get:
Shoah
Qatsi Trilogy
Badlands

I did two transactions. In one I got Shoah with the 20% off along with Badlands to use the 5 off 50 and the total was 53.15 after tax. I then picked up Qatsi with the 15% off for 33.20 after tax. So for 86.35 I came away with most of what I had left on my list of wants.

Glad the 20% coupon worked for you, i plan to try later today or tomorrow...

i am confused though, is there a way to add something to the URL make the 15% be valid for you if you are a member, if you did not get them in an email?

Most of my coupon codes are not working online either. I was able to use one this morning on Take Shelter, but now I can't get any of them to go through.

If you are trying to use the coupons online then they will likely not work for you. I went to a B&M to grab these:

I made two transactions and my total after taxes was 86.35. Not a bad haul considering that Shoah alone sells for 68 bucks on Amazon.

I'm not sure what you're asking but if you have a membership you can use either member or non-member coupons.

FYI, I placed an order this morning with an accepted coupon, but the email confirmation and order status don't show it. Might want to check any recent online orders with coupons carefully.

For those who are curious, just to make it clear ---> my coupon scanned without an issue (no manual override needed).

So, just the web site is denying these coupons. In-store is a 'go'.

I just signed up for another free 2 month membership an hour ago. But now I see:
Expiration: July 18, 2014

I checked the order status, and it shows:
Description Total Price
Barnes & Noble Membership
UPC: 9781400532803 0.00

The original order confirmation says:
Free 2-Month Limited B&N Membership
Price: $0.00

This happen to anyone else? Does it get corrected to two months later? I hope they aren't going to sudden charge me $25. I see no pending charges other than the $4.46 item I ordered with the free membership. I doubt I'm going to get away with a free 1-year membership...

Online coupons should now be working on most non-Criterions. I was able to order a number of titles that are part of the 50% off sale.

If they share a coupon they could either send the online code, or send the link to store coupon directly. However if you have a valid online code and want to turn it into a printable coupon you can use one of the following links to convert it. Just paste the online code at the end of the appropriate link below.
