Can I use my coupon once in store and once online, or is it one or the other?
Also, if I ordered something with a coupon, but cancelled the order have I lost the coupon or can I get it reinstated?

You can only redeem these coupons once, so most likely you would lose it if you cancel an order. You could try and get it reinstated by customer service but it might be more trouble than it's worth.

Since I "bought" into that free 60-day trial membership, I've been buying the movies I've been wanting, at B&N.com, instead of just picking up whatever they have on the shelves at the store.
