Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only.

Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Criterions, Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc.
Free Shipping is $25 (before tax/shipping) or with membership.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order

Return period is 14 days after delivery though possibly it's 30 days now for most people though there is a discrepancy b/w the receipt and website.
Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept

Single Item 15% OFF, but should be reusable in different transaction and if the Clerks will scan it more than once.

Expiration 12/31/2020 and despite the coupon language is only good for In-store coupon Eligible items.

The long standing Free 60 day Trial Offer was discontinued in late May 2016
"New Member" Welcome Coupons appear to be discontinued at least for now

Thanks to Laser, as always...

My wish list is pretty low right now, but I managed to get Twilight Zone Season 3 BD for $40.49 + tax in store.

---
$99.99 – $10.00/10% (Sticker-ed at 10% off) – $9.00/10% Member Discount – $40.50/50% Coupon

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

Seems to be a glitch somewhere, but it might just be me.

When I've tried to put two eligible B1G1-half TV sets in my cart, it's not taking the 50% off the second, lower priced set. This is after triple-checking that I'm adding two eligible sets to the cart, going all the way up to the last step before you purchase the order, etc.

Dunno what that's all about ...

When you enter the 13 character code in the Coupon Code field of the shopping cart, it gets immediately translated to a 6 character code. I'd guess that 6 character code is the one we want. FWIW, I got 1BDY9V and it's 20% off.

Here's the 50% Off Online Code I received: P267S8X53F1GS

Keep in mind, I already redeemed it, so it probably won't work. Let me know if it does though, would be a pretty glaring flaw in the system if it did.

Damn. I didn't see your post before placing the order, so I can't say what the translated code was. If someone is able to use my code please make note of the translated code.

For what it's worth, I tried entering your "1BDY9V" code and it wouldn't work, so I think these are one-time use codes.

That's because it's a pre-order; YMMV on whether they'll allow the coupon to be used on a pre-order. If the item has already been released, however, you can definitely do ship-to-home with the coupon.

Just got back and have LOTR Blu pre-ordered for $44.93 after tax. I am certainly glad that I was not able to get in on the 25% deal a few days ago! I do have some others I am interested in, but this is the only that I really wanted.

The first BN I went to I mentioned it to the cashier, who seemed as though I was interrupting his surfing - and gave me the full retail. I asked about being on special for being a pre-order and he said no. Not wanting to argue (and never having been to this BN before) I stopped at another on my way back to work (I happen to pass by 2 BN's...so no going out of the way). The second store, I asked the clerk about doing a pre-order, he pulled it up, showed me the retail, and the special pre-order price. Ordered it up, gave him the coupon, and he even commented that I am getting a $119 set for $45.

I do want the 10 Commandments, but need an online code for that (only 10% off in store). I am tempted with the pre-order with True Grit, and who knows what else I may find.

Keep in mind, if your store doesn't have it in stock you can do a ship-to-home and get the online price.

Confirmed. It says "The coupon code you entered has already been redeemed." Oh well. Thanks for posting it though...

I just tried entering that code directly to my cart and it said it was invalid. I could still add the 13 char code and that works and translates to the one above.

I tried your long code 50% one and it said it's been redeemed.

Criterions may list at 39.99 but they are 10% off in stores for a selling price of 35.99.
Ah, thanks. That explains it.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

The clerk let me ship to home order Breaking Bad Season 3 BD as part of the B1G1 50% off TV sale even though it isn't being released until June. I bought Mad Men Season 4 in store with the 50% off coupon for the second item. My total was 41.61 plus tax for both. I didn't want to push it so I didn't try using a second coupon.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

I had partial success getting the "Ten Commandments Anniversary Set" ordered over the phone as a Ship-to-Home order, using coupon 502001. Total shipped price came to $35.09. I say partial success because he wouldn't let me use my $20 gift card (from Groupon) over the phone, mentioning something about security concerns. That sounds a little flaky since he gladly took my VISA number over the phone

Incredible. I can't believe they let you use a coupon over-the-pone. Well done.

$45 or 40.50 for members, 20.25 after 50% off. It's not as good as the online price so you could locate a store without it in stock and try ordering both ship to home using a coupon for a little more savings. I'm ok with this price.

That explains my purchase better. I picked up to TV sets that were priced $60 and $50 respectively, and was suprised to see each discounted 10% and then another 50% bringing the prices down to $27.50 and $22.50 respectively. I don't shop BN very often.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

Beatles Mono box set is half-price online right now ($149.49). Does anyone know if it's that price in-store as well? Might be worth the 30+ miles to get one if it were only $75. My online coupon was good for 30% off, but I'd much rather save more dough.
