Thanks for the tip. Is that what happened to my predecessor?

All I currently know is that Circuit City ads are forbidden here.

I would imagine that doing this would violate DVDtalk rules.

Thanks Professor Mist.

Boy that Office set sounds awesome. I was really hoping for a deal on all three seasons though.

I'm assuming I'm not the only one that got a 10% off coupon in the mail the other day. Mine expires on Sept. 3, anyone have any luck getting that extended? It would be nice to use it on that Office set.

Is that official? I haven't heard anything like that. Are any references to CC prices (however early they may be) banned from here?

All I know is what I was told about Speedy1961 and how his last thread was locked and pulled.

I've been keeping on up on advance CC info by check out the brave souls at CheapAssGamer who are listing them as soon as one of their members get them.

Since I've joined only recently (I had been lurking for a long time), I don't think that I've seen hide nor hair of CC infomation (or at least the way I used to view it with Speedy's posts).

Thanks for the updates, Prof! Say hello to Mr. Gonzalez if you run across him sipping martinis down in the Bahamas where he has retired.

CC continues to maintain its official policy of shooting itself in both feet (and now, in the head). Target & BB get my business now because I can plan ahead to get the best deals. All CC has done with their latest idiocy is to make sure that they show up after the party's already over.

Todd McFarlane's Spawn: The Animated Collection - $14.99

It's online. Maybe the same price in-store too.

Ms. Patti Scialfa for $7.99? Hey, she may sound, at times, like a baby goat calf going through a meat-grinder but I'll take a listen to Mrs. Bruce Springsteen for under $9.

Seriously though, listen to Bruce's new Live in Dublin and "When the Saints Go Marching In" is about the most beautiful song you've ever heard and then....the 3rd verse. Oh Ms. Patti, go back to your tambourine.

Yes it is. Just got back from Best Buy and picked one up. Both versions are $14.99 (the regular version and the one with the comic).

wish i had known to look for the spawn when i went there today. Could have saved the trip from being a complete bust. Went to get Children of men, and all they had was fool screen.

Its my punishment for being weak and going to best buy.

Thanks for the in-store confirmation. I'm gonna head out there tomorrow; hopefully they have the one with the comic.

I had no idea Robot Chicken Season 2 was out this week. I have been holding off on DVDs lately, but that may make me break my abstinence. Thanks for the prices!
