Argh. I really tried hard to pass this up, because I'm not a huge Bond fan, but the price was too good to resist. Thanks OP!

The way these keep dropping makes me wonder if there will be an even better deal in the future. Too late for me since I purchased them earlier and cannot return them. At least I sold off my old copies to pay for the upgrade and have a little left over. So I cannot complain. Great deal for those that waited.

I may have to bite. I've had $110 amazon gift credit forever. I think it's time I finally spend it. It's taken me forever to decide what to get with this credit. I've put in and taken out so many things from my shopping list it's not even funny. I've only seen a few Bond movies, but this price seems ridiculous. Anyone think I should just get this over with and buy it? Is it THAT ultimate???

(EDIT)
5 Minutes Later...ORDER PLACED!

I've been so good about telling myself to wait for the eventual HD releases of the films...up until now...

I'm weak...

And I don't even get an attache case to store the DVDs...

I'm so weak...

There will always be an even better deal in the future. At some point, though, the amount we can potentially save down the road is outweighed by the desire to get it NOW. That point is different for each of us, but this deal was good enough to separate me from my money. I see DVDs on sale every day that I bought months or years ago at higher prices, but then again I've had them all this time and I may even have watched them once or twice.

I'm done buying SD DVDs for the blockbuster hits... either BR or HD for me. Thinking about pulling the trigger on CR BR from buy.com for $17 shipped (yes, i haven't take advantage of the NGC at all, it will be my first).

I wasn't going to replace all my current Bond DVDs, but this was too good to pass on. I'm sure I can recover most of this $125 by selling my current Bond DVDs anyway.
There will be an urge to get some of these again on Blu-ray, but I'll deal with that later.

Even though I can't really afford this, I'm tempted to do it. To be honest though, being so young, I've only seen the Brosnan Bonds' (awaits flames), and have never gotten around to seeing the Connery, Moore, etc. older ones. I'm not sure if I'd like them, so that's whats really holding me back. I know a lot of you guys are older than me, so do you think someone my age, (19), would appreciate the older ones as much? Not that most of the Brosnan ones were anything amazing, but were the older ones corny or anything?

They're ALL corny, but if you can suspend your disbelief and become a Bond fan, then this is a fantastic deal. As for hi-def, I got the HD player for my X360 so it looks like these are sticking to blueray anyway so it wasn't much of a choice for me to jump on this.

Most of the Sean Connery flicks are rewatchable, while there are about 2 decent Roger Moore flicks in the 007 franchise.

Got it, but it must have gone out of stock in between when I put it in my cart and when I placed the order. So it's on backorder. I'll live with the delay.

I saw this before I left work. I have the previous round of box sets, but this was mighty tempting.

I also have been holding out, waiting for the Blu-ray/HD-DVD future release. I decided if it was still for sale when I got home that I would get it. Luckily, they were sold out.

It's out of print, but there are people selling new copies of it here.

It'll set you back by almost $500. You can get a real attache case with the money you'd have saved by getting the amazon deal.
